About the Client

Promote Education is a B2B education marketing and admissions consultancy operating across India. They represent a network of 15+ colleges spanning Engineering, MBBS, and professional programmes — including Sapthagiri NPS University, MVJ College, MIT-WPU, DY Patil, SVYASA University, and a group of MBBS colleges across West Bengal and multi-state India. Their business model sits between the college and the student: they generate, qualify, and convert admission enquiries at scale.

The challenge with that model is obvious — they're not marketing one college. They're marketing fifteen, with different courses, different geographies, different audiences, and different admission deadlines. All at once.

The Brief

When Promote Education came to KM&N Media in May 2026, the admission season was already live. They needed leads yesterday. But they also had a deeper problem: the digital infrastructure didn't exist yet.

There was no unified website. Individual college pages had no social presence. Ad accounts needed to be set up from scratch. Leads, when they came in, were being tracked manually. And across a network of 15+ colleges, a single disorganised week in the pipeline means real seats going unfilled.

The brief wasn't just "run some ads." It was: build the infrastructure, run the campaigns, automate the lead flow, and report on everything — all simultaneously, with the admission calendar ticking.

What We Built

The Website and Landing Pages

Before a single ad went live, we needed converting surfaces. KM&N's development team designed and built the complete promoteeducation.com website from scratch — including CMS setup and content integration — in parallel with a set of college-specific landing pages. Over the three-month engagement, we built and revised more than 20 landing page iterations:

  • Sapthagiri University landing page — 10 revision cycles, covering headline testing, visual redesigns, and form flow changes
  • 15 Colleges landing page — 5–7 revisions covering layout, form integration, and mobile responsiveness
  • MVJ College landing page — design overhaul and CTA optimisation
  • 4 Colleges MBBS — 3 creative updates plus a completely new build for the expanded campaign
  • And more across the portfolio

Every revision was driven by live data: where users were dropping off, which CTAs were getting clicks, what the mobile experience looked like. The landing page is where leads either happen or don't — we treated it accordingly.

Meta Ads — 16 Campaigns, 15+ Colleges, Nationwide

With the infrastructure live, we ran 16 Meta lead generation campaigns across the college network. The targeting logic was consistent: separate ad sets for students versus parents, CBO (Campaign Budget Optimisation) structure where the budget allowed for learning efficiency, and creative testing across static images, reels, and video formats throughout.

The flagship campaign — CBO Sapthagiri NPS Engineering — reached over 3.3 lakh prospective students and parents and generated 964 leads on its own. The 4 MBBS Colleges multi-state campaign, launched in July and scaled from the June pilot, generated 572 leads. Across all 16 campaigns, the blended average cost per lead held at ₹208.

We also ran WhatsApp Click-to-Chat campaigns for two colleges — generating 398 direct WhatsApp conversations, with the best-performing campaign delivering conversations at just ₹21.74 each. For an admissions team, a WhatsApp conversation is worth far more than a form fill.

Google Ads — High-Intent Search Campaigns

Alongside Meta, we set up and managed Google Search campaigns across two accounts — targeting high-intent queries around MBBS admissions, management quota seats, and college-specific brand searches. Phone-call conversion tracking was configured for each campaign so every inbound call was attributed accurately.

In the July–August window alone, the campaigns delivered 30 call and form-fill conversions across five active search campaigns. This was run at lean budgets while the landing page infrastructure was being refined — there's more scale to unlock here.

Social Media — 6 College Pages, Built From Zero

Four MBBS colleges in the network had no Facebook presence when we started. We created 6 Facebook Business Pages with complete branding: profile picture, cover photo, bio, CTA button, and contact details. We then ran page-like campaigns to seed each page's audience — generating 1,402 page likes across all four colleges within a fortnight. Daily content calendars are now running at 1–2 posts per page per day.

Lead Automation — Real-Time, Not End-of-Week

The operational gap that most education marketers ignore is the lead-to-follow-up window. A student who enquires about MBBS admissions has usually enquired with five other consultancies in the same session. Speed wins.

We integrated Meta's instant lead forms directly with Google Sheets, creating an automated data flow that put every new lead in front of the admissions team the moment it was captured. No manual downloads, no batch uploads. In parallel, a custom CRM is under active development — covering lead ingestion, telecaller pipeline management, and status tracking — to give Promote Education a single source of truth for every lead across all 15+ colleges.

The Results (May – August 2026)

In 90 days, across a 10-person team and 167 billable hours:

  • 2,206 qualified leads generated via Meta Ads alone, at an average cost of ₹208 per lead across 16 campaigns
  • 5.8 lakh+ people reached across students and parents in multiple Indian states
  • 30 Google Ads conversions — direct calls and form fills from high-intent search queries — in the first two months of search campaign activity
  • 398 WhatsApp conversations started, giving the admissions team a direct, personal channel to the most engaged prospects
  • 1,402 Facebook page likes built for four brand-new college pages in under two weeks
  • 1 complete website built, 20+ landing pages designed and iterated, 6 social pages launched, 1 custom CRM in active development

And the headline number: 4.8x revenue growth for Promote Education over the engagement period.

Why This Worked

Education marketing in India isn't a single campaign problem. Promote Education needed 15 campaigns for 15 colleges with different audiences, different courses, and different admission windows — all running simultaneously, all reporting in real time, all converting to leads the admissions team could actually close.

Most agencies would have set up one or two campaigns and called it done. We built the whole machine: website, landing pages, ads, automation, social, and CRM. That's the difference between a vendor and a growth partner.
